Whole Kauai sweet shrimp, mussels and fresh Hawaiian walu baked in a light aromatic roasted tomato broth with Redneck andouille sausage, corn on the cob, onion and celery. Served in a hot cast-iron pot with shiso seasoned tomato relish.
