Our new Bison Ribeye Special is a celebration of bold, rustic flavor and peak-season ingredients. We start with a tender, perfectly grilled bison ribeye—grass fed and finished, flavorful, and sourced from Buffalo Chase Premium Bison in Dixon, MT—then top it with a rich gravy made from local wild morel mushrooms and deeply caramelized onions. Earthy, savory, and just indulgent enough.

On the side, we’re serving a warm French green lentil salad—simple, hearty, and full of character. The lentils are from Timeless Seeds in Ulm, MT tossed with shallots, garlic scapes from Coyote Smile Farm in Charlo, MT, and a tangy mustard vinaigrette that brings brightness and balance to the plate.

It’s a dish that feels both elevated and grounded, ideal for early summer evenings in Woods Bay. Crafted in our kitchen, inspired by Montana’s wild bounty, and made to pair perfectly with a glass from our curated wine list.
